LO2: Importance of reviews for the marketing and promotion of computer console game

How Each Review is Affected by the Media it is Published in.

The video review is easier to understand because we can see gameplay, it also lets you able to make your own assumptions about the game, instead of being told and not experiencing it.

The magazine review only give picture to look at but doesn't show you working animation, this means that the writing has to be more descriptive. However this is doesn't let you see for yourself what the game is like, which means this could a propaganda. However this is the same for the video.

How each review follows stylistic conventions of the media.

The video starts of with an intro to the game then talks about what it does goof then what it does bad, this has game play and a voice of the game play about it. This often the person playing who has reviewed it.

Comparison.

Both of analysis talk about the genre in the same that is a sports simulations but they then both go to talk about the go on talk about who it is one of best graphically.

As this game sports simulation they both go on to talk about the native in the same way. They both say the same thing about the career mode being boring and repetitive after a while. In this game they is an online mode what both say good but needs work as there servers can be slow. Other than that both reviewers say that this fun game when playing with friends on quick start.

The reviewers don't go talk about the productions process however the magazine does that the game works well as it runs of Ignite. But i think is advertisement as Ignite is an engine exclusively to Xbox One and the Magazine is by Xbox.

As the characters are real the reviewers both say that characters are extremely immaculate realistic and look very cool. The magazine say that they is a DLC is coming out to get Brucie Lee however the video says that he thinks its cool that they have done that but you can unlock him by completing  the career mode.

The magazine say that it is the best fighting game on a console and the video agress. The video goes on to say that is hard to lern the hit componations of diffrent players but once you get usto it really good.

The video says that you would love this games if you like game fighting games and UFC,  this is the same for magazine but they dont go into to age just over 16 would enjoy.

The video review say that you can get UFC on Xbox One or PS4. However, Xbox magazine says only say it's on xbox because why would they advertise for a driffrent console.

Both reviews say that UFC is a great game and recomend this to people who like games of this genre and people are intersing fighting would recomed playing it and buying.
